Ocean Club Residences

The Ocean Club Residences community is Diamante’s first multi-unit beachfront development on property. The OCR features 119 shared-ownership units and 59 whole-ownership units for a total of 178 two-, three- and four-bedroom residences. The cornerstone of the OCR project will be Diamante’s signature first-class service.

Wholly owned residences will include one underground parking spot, private golf cart parking, and access to guest parking, as well as an underground storage locker. Additionally, the private pool area with swim-up bar, private cabanas, fire pits and Jacuzzi will ultimately be accessible only to whole- ownership members within Diamante.

Ocean Club Amenities (Phase One)

Member’s Lounge: Relaxing lounge with full service concierge, valet services, reception area and casual seating.

OCR Restaurant & Bar: Indoor-outdoor dining offering carefully crafted cuisine prepared by Chef Izzy and his staff.

OCR Private Pool: Private pool environment with swim-up bar, surrounded by cabanas, lounge chairs, fire pits, and Jacuzzi. Perfect for relaxing in the Cabo sun and watching the Pacific waves roll ashore upon full built out.

Beach: Pristine sandy beach stretches almost 1.5 miles from the edges of the pool environment and will be a hub for beach activities including: walking, running, hiking, volleyball, soccer, ATV tours, beachfront dining, and much more.

Underground Parking: Each whole ownership unit will come with one underground parking spot, private golf cart parking, and access to guest parking, as well as an underground storage locker. Additional parking will be available at the OCR lobby entrance in future phases.
