Teeing Off to Perfection: Golf Course Updates at Diamante

Greetings from sunny Cabo San Lucas, where the team at Diamante is hard at work ensuring our world-class courses remain in prime condition for your enjoyment. We have several important updates regarding course maintenance that we want to share with you.

Dunes Course: Back in Top Shape & New Enhancements Underway

We’re pleased to announce that the recent aerification of the Dunes Course has been completed on schedule. Our dedicated grounds crew worked diligently to minimize disruption, and the course is now recovering beautifully. The process is vital for maintaining healthy turf, promoting drainage, and ensuring the exceptional playing surfaces you expect at Diamante.

Adding to the improvements on the Dunes Course, we’re excited to share that the cart path project has now commenced. This initiative will enhance your overall experience, providing smoother and more convenient access throughout the course. We appreciate your patience as we work to complete these upgrades.

El Cardonal Course: Upcoming Aerification

Please note that the El Cardonal Course will be closed for scheduled aerification from Tuesday, May 20 through Thursday, May 29, 2025. This essential maintenance will involve a comprehensive process targeting the greens, tees, approaches, and fairways. In addition to aerification, we will also be performing heavy verticutting and topdressing on the tees, approaches, and fairways.

This intensive work is crucial for removing thatch buildup, improving air and water movement in the soil, and creating a consistently excellent playing surface. While we understand the closure may impact your plans, we are confident that the long-term benefits will be well worth the temporary inconvenience.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue to invest in the maintenance and enhancement of our exceptional golf courses. We look forward to welcoming you back to a beautifully conditioned El Cardonal Course on Friday, May 30, 2025.

In the meantime, the newly recovered Dunes Course is ready and waiting for your next round!
