2026-27 Golf Tee Time Policy

As we come to the close of the 2025–2026 high season, we want to thank you for being part of the Diamante community. It has been a pleasure to see our Owners fully enjoying our golf courses, and we are grateful for the positive feedback we have received about the improved homeowner course experience.

Please note that, as of May 1, we have returned to our Low Season tee time booking policies. A summary of these policies is below:

Low Season Policy

Effective May 2 - November 9, 2026

  • Golf Members – No charge, no restrictions on time or course, bookable up to 6 months in advance
  • Golf Member Guests (Accompanied) – $5,250 MXN, no restrictions on time or course, bookable up to 6 months in advance
  • Golf Member Guests (Unaccompanied) – $5,250 MXN after 10am / $10,500 MXN before 10am, bookable up to 6 months in advance
  • Non-Golf Member Owners & Accompanied Guests – $5,250 MXN after 10am / $10,500 MXN before 10am, bookable up to 6 months in advance
  • Non-Golf Member Homeowner Guests (Unaccompanied) – $5,250 MXN after 10am / $10,500 MXN before 10am booked, bookable up to 6 months in advance
  • Residence Club Members and Guests – $10,500 MXN or based on residence club contract, cannot book prior to 10am until 7 days in advance
  • Hotel Guests – $10,500 MXN or based on residence club contract, cannot book prior to 10am until 7 days in advance

Upcoming High Season Policy

Effective November 10, 2026 - May 1, 2027

In our continued commitment to delivering an exceptional golf experience, we are implementing an updated tee time policy starting this upcoming high season which is designed to protect and prioritize the privileges of our golf members while continuing to offer access to all homeowners.

In the past, we have been very flexible with homeowners who have not yet joined the Diamante Golf Club. As we continue to grow, we also want to ensure we are respecting the experience of our committed golf members. We hope all Owners will recognize the value of joining and becoming active members of Diamante Golf Club.

Effective on November 10 (the week after the World Wide Technology Championship), tee time access will be updated as follows. All other tee time booking rules will remain the same as this past year.

Golf Members

  • Golf Members and their guests will continue to enjoy priority access to tee times on the homeowner course and residence club course just as they did this past high season

Non-Golf Member Owners

  • Non-Golf Member Owners and their guests may book tee times starting at 12pm on the homeowner course for $10,500 MXN.
    • Non-Golf Member Owners are limited to a maximum of 12 total rounds on the homeowner course per year (either as an accompanied or unaccompanied guest).
  • Non-Golf Members may continue to book any available tee time on the residence club course for $5,250 MXN.

This update ensures that our golf members receive the experience and access that they deserve, while still allowing some flexibility for non-member Owners to enjoy the courses.
