At Diamante, our mission has always been to deliver an exceptional experience – one rooted in community, quality, and care. We are deeply grateful to you, our Homeowners, for your continued engagement and thoughtful feedback on our recent survey. Your insights help us grow, improve, and better serve you. We want you to know: we hear you and are taking steps to address your concerns.

Over the past several months, we’ve received a wide range of constructive comments – especially regarding golf course conditions, dining options, communication channels, and amenities. In response to your survey feedback, we’ve focused our efforts on key areas that matter most to you. We are pleased to share updates and plans for Diamante’s continued improvement.

Dunes Course Progress

We appreciate and understand feedback regarding the Dunes Course. The turf conditions are a priority and our Golf Maintenance team continues to decisively implement a comprehensive agronomy plan. Aeration, topdressing, fertilization, and sodding interventions have already produced results and we see healthy turf reestablishing itself. Our goal remains simple – to deliver the world class golfing experience you expect and deserve, and we will work continually to meet this goal.

In addition, we are improving the Dunes Course cart path system. The signature railroad ties have long defined the Dunes course look, but they no longer meet the functional or aesthetic standards we are committed to achieving. Excitingly, cart path improvements have begun, with a portion already completed, and we will continue throughout the summer. Enhancing ride comfort, overall playability for all golfers, and adding to the beautiful ambiance of the Dunes Course is our assurance to you. We extend our appreciation for your patience as we improve your on-course experience and elevate it to the superior level we all expect.

Enhanced Dining Experiences

Newly created menus at both Izzy’s Restaurant and The Woods Cabo feature fresh, novel specials alongside an offering of more affordable items designed to make everyday dining more accessible. With you in mind, our chefs designed plates to reflect our commitment to offer both superb dining and luxury that can be experienced daily. 

Focused Communication and Transparent Timelines

We recognize that maintaining open communication with you during – not only after – improvement processes is paramount to keeping you informed and providing peace of mind. Going forward, we are committed to maintaining timely and informative communication that outlines progress and addresses your priorities and inquiries directly. Be assured that as the ongoing balance of priorities and timelines may evolve, we guarantee that you will receive proactive and clear communication.

Updates on Exclusive Homeowner Amenities

  • The new Sport and Wellness Club, exclusively for Homeowners, is in final design stage. We plan to break ground this summer.
  • The Beach Club, another exclusive Homeowner amenity, will also commence construction this summer. Preliminary grading has already taken place.
  • Road paving projects within each subdivision are ongoing and will continue throughout the year.
  • A new, Homeowner-exclusive entrance to Diamante is in development with a scheduled completion date of end of 2025.
  • We are currently evaluating opportunities for introducing more entertainment options in Diamante including live music, wine tastings, and other intimate event offerings curated for the tastes and preferences of you, our Homeowners.

Legacy Club Golf Course

The Legacy Club Golf Course continues to progress toward completion.  The practice facility, short game area and Par 3 course are ready for grassing.  The first shipment will arrive in June, with the grassing program transitioning to the first golf holes in July.  Additional milestones are being achieved with the golf cart paths, finish shaping, bunkers, greens complexes, irrigation, and storm drainage being completed on various holes on a weekly basis.

We look forward to providing additional updates as the course comes to life.
