Construction Update: October 2025

New Entry Road

• The initial section of the new entry is nearing completion with the road paved, lane lines painted and finishing touches in process.  
• The extension of the New Entry to Diamante and Resort Boulevard has commenced with site clearing, plant rescue completed and initial grading in process.

Homesite Updates

• Casita Roads are now complete
• Cardonal Villas
  
  • Section of road from CV16-24 has been paved. 
  • Construction has begun from CV10-15
• Sunset Hill
  
  • New road sections completed between SH6-11 and SH76-78
  • Additional sections are under design and will begin in November. 
• Beach Estates
  
  • BE02-08 under construction and being poured.  Schedule to be complete by Nov. 1
  • BE27-32 will begin in November. 

Retaining Walls

• New retaining walls have been completed in Legacy Founders and Cardonal Villas.

• Additional walls are in process in Legacy Villas, Cardonal Villas and Las Terrazas.

Beach Club

• Earthwork and Building/pool pad preparation is ongoing.
• Building foundations will commence in November.  
• Updated renderings will be available this month. 
•  

Legacy Golf Course

• The practice facility is growing in nicely.  
• The Short Game/Par 3 area is ready for grassing
• Holes 10, 11 and 12 are in the final stages of being prepared for grassing
  
  • Irrigation is being installed, bunker construction is underway and greens construction is also in progress
  • Additional landscape planting is occurring along the perimeter of the holes as well. 
•  The first phase of the Legacy Clubhouse has begun construction with foundation and retaining wall activities underway.

General Site Improvements

• Continued effort to repair and improve roads and site conditions after recent storm events. 
• Commencement of construction in new areas has allowed us to revegetate additional road sections throughout Diamante. 
• Preparations for the WWT Championship have started and can be seen across Diamante.
