Construction Update

The Third Section focuses on the street from CAS40 to CAS47.

The pouring of concrete will be conducted in segments to ensure continuous access to all homes.

Timeline:

• Preliminaries, layout, earthwork, ground and base preparation: March 24 – April 26.
• Curbs Installation (Red, Dark Blue, Green, Magenta and Light Blue Areas in solid color): April 08 – April 16.
• Concrete Paving – Slab A (Magenta hatched Area): April 17.
• Concrete Paving – Slab B (Green hatched Area): April 18.
• Concrete Paving – Slab C (Light Blue hatched Area): April 22.
• Concrete Paving – Slab D (Dark Blue hatched Area): April 23.
• Concrete Paving – Slab E (Red hatched Area): April 29.

Each paved section will require five days to cure before it can be used for vehicular traffic. Roads will be reopened progressively.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM *
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• *The days when the concrete slabs are poured there will be extended working hours from 7:00AM to 9:30PM.
• Sundays and Holidays: No work.

Flaggers will be present to guide traffic and ensure safe access during the works.

There will be two provisional parking areas available for those who prefer not to park on the street during this time—one in front of Casita 30 and the other in front of Casita 23, near the area connecting with Casitas Fase 1. (below for reference)
