2025-26 Golf Tee Time Policy

In our previous email dated May 5, 2025, we shared that Diamante has been working hard to improve the golf experience for Owners and will implement a new tee time booking policy for Owners and Residence Club Members starting November 11, 2025.

We have listened to your suggestions regarding the prior tee time policies and have worked to improve the policy to provide Owners with the private course experience that so many have requested.

As a result of the new policy, Diamante Owners will now have a completely private course until 12pm every day of the week during the high season (except for the course closure day on Wednesday). This will result in a significantly improved golf experience at the Owner Course, including:

  • Faster pace of play
  • Greater accessibility and flexibility for Owners
  • Relaxed / service-oriented environment
  • Private course experience
  • More opportunities for community & camaraderie amongst Owners
  • Better course maintenance

Schedule and Policy Changes

Owner Course:

  • Reserved exclusively for Owners until 12 pm on designated days represented in the graphic above. Residence Club Members will not be allowed to book tee times on the Owner course until after 12 pm.
  • Tee times for Owners will begin each day at 6:30am, with tee times spaced every 10 minutes.
  • After 12 pm, Residence Club Members may reserve tee times 7 days in advance, subject to availability.
 

Residence Club Course:

  • Owners will have the ability to reserve tee times on the Residence Club Course up to 5 months in advance, subject to availability.
  • The Residence Club Course will be set up as block tee times from 7:30–9:30am and 12–2 pm (going off Hole #1 and #10) with 8-minute intervals.
  • There will be no play permitted prior to 7:30am block on the Residence Club Course days. This gives the maintenance crew the extra hour needed to prepare the course for play.
