Paving Update

Location:

• Casitas 23 – 31

• May 21–June 21, 2025: Layout, earthwork, base prep
• June 13–21, 2025: Curb installation
• June 19–July 10, 2025: Concrete paving (in segments to maintain home access)

Curing:

• Each section requires 5 days before reopening to vehicles; roads will reopen progressively.

• Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Sat: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Extended hours (pour days only): 7:00 AM–9:30 PM
• No work on Sundays or holidays
  

Traffic:

• Flaggers onsite to manage flow and ensure safe home access
