In 2013, Chef Israel and Bill Ousterhaut, our Director of Grounds, designed and planted a small herb garden just outside of Izzy’s Restaurant. Today it has grown into a four-acre, bountiful backyard. From our organic garden we harvest fruits, root vegetables, herbs and leafy greens that are transported right from our farm to your table. Stop by to see the beauty of fresh seasonal produce and learn about our harvesting process from members of our gardening team.
