We are delighted that you will be joining us at Diamante, and we look forward to offering you the best possible service during your stay. Our goal is to provide you the highest quality service possible, so you may fully enjoy all of the amenities and services that Diamante has to offer during the pandemic. Whether it is Diamante’s world class golf, facilities, or service. We will help you with all your dining, recreational activities, entertainment, or transportation service needs. Our resort takes the current COVID-19 pandemic very seriously and has taken steps to provide a safe environment for our Owners, Members and Staff. We have implemented measures following WHO, CDC and Mexican Health Ministry standards and that comply with the current government mandates. As such, there will be some modifications to some of our procedures and services. Outlined below are a few of the important changes.
All persons will have a digital temperature check (on the forehead) administered by our Security staff every time they enter Diamante property. This is not optional. If you do not have your temperature taken at the gate you may not enter the property.
The use of a mask is mandatory in all interior and public areas of Diamante. Exceptions are inside of your unit, alone on the beach, while swimming in the lagoon, the lap pool, on the golf course and in our F&B outlets while seated at your table and actively eating and drinking. Masks must be worn when going from place to place when other people are present.
All luggage and groceries will undergo a sanitizing process upon arrival. This will be handled by our Valet staff at each location. Note – those arriving with Diamante Transportation will have this done at the airport during their arrival process, only if using Diamante Transportation.
Valet parking is available – all vehicle touch points will be wiped down prior to and after staff park or retrieve the vehicle. Self-parking is always available.
During your stay our staff will be offering daily limited housekeeping services. Guests will be asked to vacate the unit during the cleaning process to help protect the members and staff.
Per current guidelines our restaurants have limited seating and therefore reservations are required. We will limit to 6 persons per table (including children of all ages) except when all individuals are staying in the same unit or are all one family.
Reservations are required at all outlets.
Contactless Room Service is available if you choose to dine in your unit.
Our internal shuttle is limited to a reduced number of occupants and the use of a mask is mandatory for all persons in the shuttle – because of reduced capacity wait times may be longer than usual and will require more planning on your part.
Use of the Fitness Center is limited to 10 persons per hour – advance reservations are required. This can be arranged once you arrive.
In order to streamline your arrival process, we have attached a copy of our Guest Profile Sheet. At your convenience please fill it out completely and return a scan or attachment of the finished document to us at firstname.lastname@example.org . As we are a private resort, we must have all family members and/or guests listed on the form – this allows our Security department to verify entry and exit to all approved individuals staying in your unit. Remember no one can enter our Main Gate if they are not on security’s daily list.
As a reminder our check-out time is 11am and check-in is at 3pm. Diamante is in Pacific Daylight Time (UTC-7). Once you have booked your air flights please advise us of your airline and flight number. Transportation services then can track your flight to enhance service once you arrive in Cabo.
Diamante offers a variety of quality transportation options for airport arrivals and departures. We feature a fleet of vehicles for groups or families of all sizes. Our service includes a personalized arrival greeting, in-vehicle wi-fi, complimentary beverages, and direct coordination with us so that we will be waiting curbside at your arrival to expedite your check-in. All our vehicles are insured, and our trained drivers hold the proper Mexican federal transport licenses. In addition, Diamante also offers additional transport services including specialized “Nightlife” transport to local restaurants, clubs and shopping. A representative from Diamante Transportation will be in contact with you soon to assist you in booking any transport services that you may need.
We recognize that your vacation time is valuable. To assist with your arrival, Diamante offers in-unit grocery delivery. We have attached an order sheet that lets you pre-select a variety of grocery and sundry items that will be delivered and stocked directly in your unit prior to your arrival. This also includes a selection of beverages, including beer, wine and spirits.

We offer a variety of delicious food and beverage offerings that can be prepared and served by our staff in the comfort of your unit. Our Golf team is available to assist with the booking of tee times on all our award-winning courses. You can book your tee times starting 6 months prior to your arrival date. Please contact the Golf team directly via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to make your bookings – they are also available should you need to cancel or modify existing tee times.
Diamante Medical team is here to provide service for you 24/7. All our medical consultation is done Tele medically by phone or computer. By dialing 56 on your in-room phone you can connect with the team and set up any type of service you may need or get help with any situation that may arise during your visit to Diamante.
