  • In this class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing technique and meditation are also integrated.

    Aims to improve functional capacity, recover better and prevent injury. Teach you how to properly activate and control important stabilizing muscles and perform movements with efficiency while getting energized.

    This is a combination of high impact and low impact exercises targeting the abs and glutes in an efficient way.

    SUP Yoga is a combination of paddle boarding and yoga practice. It challenges you to find another level of balance and focus your mind, all while floating atop the water.

  • Military-style fitness class which involves weight resistance with props and various types of intense and explosive routines. Be prepared for a total body transformation.

    30 minute class.

    If you play golf, you have already developed golf skills or you are on that path, but it also means that your body is in need of stretching and releasing the tension and soreness caused by playing golf.

    Golf Mobility is created in the care of our golfers and their golf longevity.

    If you are looking to come back to your game, rehab from an injury or you are just starting and wish to improve your game, this class will allow you to recognize what your game and body need.
