In 2013, Chef Israel and Bill Ousterhaut, our Director of Grounds, designed and planted a small herb garden just outside of Izzy’s Restaurant. Today it has grown into a four-acre, bountiful backyard. From our organic garden we harvest fruits, root vegetables, herbs and leafy greens that are transported right from our farm to your table.
